Kevin P. Gregoire has been named EVP and COO of Blackbaud. The executive, who has been with the nonprofit software company April 2018, had served as EVP and president of U.S. markets.

 Open-source ERP vendor OpenMFG, which does business as Xtuple, has been acquired by CAI Software, a manufacturing software publisher. Terms were not disclosed.

ERP software vendor Visma, driven by the growth of cloud software and service, reported revenue for the second quarter ended June 30 to about $607.1 million. Net income dropped by 4.2 percent to roughly $13.1 million.
