Aktion Associates has hired Dawn Marie Besse as practice manager,for Infor SX.e and CloudSuite Distribution in its Supply Chain Division. She will report to the division’s VP Patrick Brennan. The Maumee, Ohio-based reseller said the move was made because of its growing Infor customer base.

SAP VAR Vision33 has acquired Orchard House Solutions. Terms were not disclosed for the purchase of the Wakefield, England-based reseller and implementer of SAP Business ByDesign.

 Exact is expanding into the German-speaking DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) with the planned purchase of ERP provider, Weclapp from German holding company, 3U Holding. 3U said the value of its holdings, about 71 percent of the Weclapp shares, is about 227 Euros, roughly $228 million.
