Rick Wilson is retiring as president at Martin & Associates, a Cincinnati, Ohio-based reseller. Wilson, who has been with the firm since March 1993, will be succeeded by Jeff Rose, he said at the recent conference of the Information Technology Alliance.

Xero has promoted Angad Soin, its EGM of business operations to the newly created position of chief business operations and strategy officer. The move is effective on February 1.
