Analytics software company, Qlik has acquired Idevio, which makes geographically related software and services. Radnor, Pa.-based Qlik says the move extends its mapping capabilities and also supports a broad range of advanced geoanalytic use cases. Terms were not disclosed.

Epicor Software has acquired docStar, which makes ECM and automated accounts payable applications. Founded in 2006, docStar describes its products as designed for companies of all sizes and claims 20,000 customers in 150 countries. Epicor says it plans to integrate docStar integrated Epicor ERP solution in the second quarter this year.

Etelligent Solutions, based in Edmonton, AB, has become part of BDO Canada. ESI adds more than 60 professionals to the BDO IT Solutions practice. Both firms are Microsoft resellers.
