Sage has launched an in-product service, Sage Payment Center for use in use its Sage 50 and Sage 100 accounting software. Sage Payment Center can be used to apply for, activate and use the credit and debit card acceptance capabilities embedded software. The payment center will be embedded in other Sage products, but the company named only Sage One as being on the current plan.

Epicor Software and Orchid Advisors—"the firearm industry's trusted compliance and operations experts", according to the press release—have introduced of the Epicor FFL Compliance Manager. The software is designed automate and simplify capturing, storing and reporting of required firearm transaction. The Gun Control Act of 1968 requires that federal firearms licensees maintain a "bound" book of firearm transactions.

MYOB has introduced a customer portal for its mid-market cloud accounting application, MYOB Advanced. The Australian-based software company has also brought to market MYOB Advanced OnTheGo, a mobile app for Apple iOS and Google Android. MYOB Advanced is sold in Australia and New Zealand, but it is of interest since it is built on the Acumatica engine.
