Bill.com has hired Josh Goines as SVP of strategic partnerships. The company said this week he will lead Bill.com’s strategic relationships with technology companies and partnerships with financial institutions.

IFS has hired Merlin Knott as global head of channels. He was previously SVP of sales for SAP in Europe for that company’s Leonardo and Analytics lines. IFS is owned by EQT Partners, which recently acquired Acumatica.
