Scott Ehmen, who headed Sage’s partner strategy and sales, has taken a position with Pegasystems. Ehmen has become  VP of Alliances for North America.

SWK Technologies has sold its Mapadoc EDI division to SPS Commerce for $11.5 million cash. Mapadoc was introduced in the 1990s as an EDI system which did not require custom programming

Tax software vendor Vertex has named three new executives. These include Kate Shields, who was promoted to the position of chief customer officer after working with the company since September 2013.
