Acumatica plans to utilize the channel and other parts of the infrastructure of its sister company, IFS, to expand internationally. CEO Jon Roskill said at this week’s Release 2 launch in Waltham, Mass., that Acumatica will piggyback on IFS in countries in which that organization has a presence, such as United Kingdom and South Africa.

Solver has introduced Cloud Starter, a turn-key program designed to provide a less-expensive approach to moving to the B1360 cloud. The new edition bundles together several B160 elements for what the company terms “a comparatively low entry price”.

The Sage Group has confirmed it is discussing options for Sage Pay. That includes a possible sale of the payments unit, the software company said this week.
