Keri Gohman, who headed Xero Americas for two years, has taken a position as an operating partner with Bain Capital Ventures. She will work as strategic counsel across Bain’s portfolio, along with partnering with leadership teams.

Procore Technologies has been on a growth path in the last two years.  And its cloud-based product line and its size would seem to make it an ideal acquisition candidate for companies in the market that a line of cloud-based construction software.

Insightsoftware has entered the Scandinavian market with the purchase of Sweden-based Bizview Systems. Bizview is available both on-premise and in the cloud. Terms were not disclosed.
