After explaining what I thought I knew about DSD Business Systems M&A program in the last newsletter, I got an email from owner Doug Deane clarifying how it works. The network is not a buying group, as I printed. DSD purchases the resellers' customers with the local dealers keeping their business name as a dba of DSD Business Systems. Read more...
