Sage has said it will stop selling its Pro accounting application next year. And the only thing we had not known about the demise of Pro is the exact date and that turns out to be March 31, 2014. That marks the end of a product that has been on the market for decades and came to Sage via its purchase of Accpac International in 2003. Accpac got the product with its acquisition for the former SBT Accounting Systems in 2000.
