DXC TECHNOLOGY BUYS TRIBRIDGE

The big get bigger with DXC Technology acquiring Tampa, Fla.-based Tribridge. Led by CEO Tony DiBenedetto, Tribridge, ranked No. 2 on the Bob Scott's Top 100 VARs for 2017 with $168 million. It will be combined with DXC Eclipse but will be known as Tribridge, a DXC Technology Company and will be led by Troy Richardson, DXC's SVP of enterprise and cloud applications.
