Pacsoft is described has having “a significant presence” in Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. The company’s employees and product line will become part of ECis LBM and Hardlines) Division, led by John Maiuri. ECI says it will develop, sell and support the Pacsoft suite. Pacsoft has offices in Westbrook, Maine, and East Hawthorn Victoria, Australia.

ECi Software Solutions has acquired Pacsoft, which markets inventory management and point of sale software solutions for hardware retail and trade businesses. Terms were not disclosed ECi also owns the JobBoss, Macola and Max manufacturing lines.
