Juergen Mueller’s situation is linked to a not-described incident. Mueller, the software company’s chief technology officer on September 30, following what has been described only as linked to a specific behavior. “I want to address an incident at a past company event where my behavior was inappropriate,” Mueller said, in apologizing to the company. Mueller joined SAP slightly more than 11 years ago and has held his current title since January 2019. In April, the company extended his contract through 2027. Last month, chief revenue officer, Scott Russell, and chief marketing and solutions officer, Julia White, also members of the executive board, reach an agreement with the company’s supervisory board for their departure. CEO Christian Klein was to fill in both for Russell and now for Mueller until replacements are found.
