QB ENTERPRISE SOARS 30 PERCENT Featured

QuickBooks Enterprise, Intuit’s desk mid-market entry, ended the company’s year with a surge in revenue. The software company said revenue for the year ended July 31 “grew in the low 30s in Q4, and in the high teens for fiscal year 2024.”

Intuit does not disclose actual QBE revenue. It is responsible for the continued growth of QB desktop revenue, which reached $1.4 billion for fiscal 2024, up 25.1 percent from $1.11 billion the prior year. Meanwhile, QB Online revenue jumped to $3.39 billion for the most recently ended year, an 18.6-percent increase from $2.85 billion for fiscal 2023. Intuit had little to say about QBO Advanced, the company’s online entry for the mid-market. During the recent earnings webcast, the company said Advanced customers grew 28 percent year-over-year. Net income for 2024 was slightly less than $3 billion, an increase of 24.3 percent from $2.38 billion for 2023. Revenue for FY 2024 reached $16.3 billion, rising 13 percent from $14.4 billion the prior year.
