VISMA REVS UP 15 PERCENT Featured

European ERP vendor Visma has reported revenue of approximately $626.3 million for the third quarter ended September 30. That was an increase of 15 percent over last year’s corresponding period.

The company said it has 1.8 million customers in Europe and Latin America, up 18 percent year-over-year. That growth include revenue from its continuing stream of acquisitions of primarily small software companies—eight during the quarter and 24 total this year. The eight companies contributed roughly $38 million in revenue in the third quarter. The buys included entry into Iceland with the purchase of accounting software company Payday, and acquisition of Laudus, its first ERP buy in Chile. The company said that at the end of the quarter its Annualized Repeatable Revenue reached roughly $2.32 billion, rising 23 percent over last year. The overwhelming amount of third quarter revenue was approximately $462 million in SaaS revenue, up 22.8 percent over a year ago.
