SPS Commerce has hired Chad Collins as CEO. He replaces Archie Black who has retired after serving in that spot since June 1998.

Collins joined the EDI software company after eight years nine months at Körber Supply Chain. Collins came to Körber after serving as VP of marketing for High Jump from February 2001 through December 2011. He was chief marketing officer of Accellos through January 2015 when Accellos and Accel-KKR purchased High Jump and performed a reverse merger. He then served as president and then CEO of High Jump and finally as CEO of software at Körber from August 2017 through last month. In its most recently released financial results, SPS reported net income of $14.7 million for the second quarter ended June 30, an increase of 36.6 percent from $10.8 million in last year’s corresponding period. Revenue for the most recently reported quarter was $130.4 million, up 19.4 percent from $109.2 million a year ago, The company forecast revenue for 2023 will range from $528.5 million to $530 million, representing 17 percent to 18 percent growth over 2022.
