Accounting firm Cherry Bekaert has acquired Cordia Partners, whose services include software reselling, and Cordia Resources. Terms were not disclosed.

Cherry Bekaert emphasized the addition of executive search, secruiting, and temporary staffing services to its portfolio while broadening its outsourced accounting business. However, Cordia Partners also resells Sage Intacct and Unanet and offers Deltek consulting and outsourced accounting services. CB said the two Cordia entities, which have three offices in the Washington D.C. area, employ more than 250 employees and generate about $48 million in revenue. Cordia Resources provides recruiting and staffing solutions to Cordia Partners' clients. Cordia Partners was founded in 2006 by two CPAs, managing partner Mitchell Weintraub and Joseph F. Graves. Cherry Bekaert provides a variety of digital advisory services, including services involving Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure, and Teams. It also resells Tableau and offers services for that platform, along with services for the Alteryx Analytics Platform.
