Revenue for FY 2021 was $3.74 billion and I believe this is the first time the company has published a three-year report. The segment includes ERP, CRM, Power Apps and Power Automate products. Growth was driven by a 24-percent year-over-year increase for Dynamics 365. During the recent earnings webcast, the company more specific with CEO Satya Nadella reporting “our customer experience, service, and finance and supply chain businesses all surpassing $1 billion in annual sales.” CFO Amy Hood issued the FY 2024 forecast noting, "We expect revenue growth in the mid to high-teens driven by continued growth in Dynamics 365.” I believe a public forecast for Dynamics is also a first for Microsoft. A substantial amount of discussion by company officials and analysts on the conference call was about AI and especially about Microsoft Copilot, its AI assistant. Nadella said more than 11,000 companies are using the Azure OpenAI Service while he also pointed out Copilot’s utilization in a variety of products and the fourth quarter’s debut of Dynamics 365 Copilot and the more recent introduction of Microsoft Sales Copilot
