Intuit described the Toronto site as implementing “the company’s workplace of the future design”. It also said the 116,000 sq. ft. facility “was designed to optimize Intuit’s hybrid and diverse culture, while creating the ideal environment to co-create, make connections, and innovate. Advanced is the SaaS product designed to serve the same market as the desktop-based QuickBooks Enterprise, whose growth has been responsible for Intuit continuing to report an increase of QB desktop product revenue during the last several financial quarters.

Intuit made two moves outside the United States this week, including a new Canadian headquarters in Toronto, Ont. It also introduced its mid-market, cloud accounting product, QuickBooks Online Advanced, in the United Kingdom.
