Warawa had been chief commercial officer since September 2019 shortly after leaving Sage. Warawa joined the software company n January 2008 and in her 11 years eight months with the company had a number of senior executive positions and was EVP of partner, accountants and alliances in her last two years three months with the company. DIRTT’s statement was about the departures was bland. “we are committed to building a more streamlined, agile, and tightly integrated company that is best positioned for sustainable growth and financial performance in the future,” it said and wished the two well.  DIRTT continues seeking a permanent CEO and said it anticipates naming one by the end of July.
