FFORCE CUSTOMER JOB TURNS OVER Featured

FinancialForce has a new chief customer officer—again. Todd Kisaberth has taken over the hot potato position left vacant when Scott Bajtos left in October to become global VP of customer engineering in Adobe.

To recite the begats for the position: Andrea Lagan who held the same title from March 2028 through April 2019 because she became COO. Lagan left in January 2020 to become chief customer and people officer at BetterWorks. Before Lagan, Adrian Ivanov held the position from April 2016 through April 2017. Kisaberth was previously CCO for Plex Systems from 2019 through last month. Rockwell Industries purchased Plex last summer so a few people probably went into play. Part of the change is the apparent restocking under Scott Brown, became CEO in November 2020. Since then, the company has hired the following new executives: Ravi Narula, CFO, June. He replaced Gordy Brooks who left in January 2021 after three years, six months; Allen Seto, chief legal officer, November, who replaced Melissa Fruge. She joined in February 2020 and left in June; Heather Gille, chief people officer, in December. She replaced Jonathan Schoonmaker who left in June after a four-year, five-month tenure. Both Fruge and Schoonmaker joined Talkwalker.
