Acumatica has rolled out a property management package. At this week’s Partner Summit, the software company said it had acquired Integrated Business Systems, which marketed the Imperium property management line.Acumatica Property Management is available immediately. In announcing the product, Acumatica CEO Jon Roskill said the IBS suite was built on the Acumatica platform and will help drive growth for the Acumatica Construction Edition. The software offers Property Management, including Full Lease Tracking, Tenant Billing Operating Expense Reconciliations. Property Management Reporting and Work Order Tracking. In addition, Roskill also detailed a new Autodesk integration that will enable tracking construction project costs and project planning documents including drawings, building information modeling, and project issues between Acumatica and Autodesk Build. The new integration builds on the existing integration Acumatica and ProEst, an Autodesk Company. Also new this month is the Acumatica Document Cloud, via a partnership with Adobe. Acumatica is now offering an Adobe eSign capability along with its PDF Annotator in one bundle.
