PRIORITY ENTERS EDUCATION MARKET Featured

Priority Software, which markets ERP software in the United States, has acquired Mashov, which markets educational software market in Israel. Priority says it will take the product global.

Terms were not disclosed. It is Priority’s third purchase this year. The others were EDEA a commerce data management company in February, and OvidimNet, which offers a workforce management platform, in October. Based in Israel, Priority entered the United States through the purchase of Acclivity, which marketed the AccountEdge product line, in January 2018. The company markets Priority Pro, which it describes as having a wide range of customizable modules. Priority’s website shows it serves 17 industries ranging from agriculture, food and beverages to medical devices and software and technology. It also says the software scales from small business to enterprise-sized organizations. Priority offers localizations for 20 countries, with four of these provided by partners The countries include the United States and Canada, Australia, Angola in Africa; Argentina, Colombia, Mexico in Latin America; and the United Kingdom and 10 other European countries. There is a VAT Report Generator for countries for which specific localizations are not yet offered.
