Compright, based in San Francisco, Calif, was founded in 2017 by current head of product, Barkat Ali, and architect, Debajit Saikia. Designed for mid-market customers, the software is especially suited to companies with more complex multi-national requirements, according to the Unit4 announcement. Unit4 says Compright automates the entire compensation process “utilizing all key factors required to calculate fair and rational total rewards across multiple geographies.” Compright features workflow automation that includes budgeting; data integration, connecting with payroll and organizational information; and analytics. Compright integrates data from Automatic Data Processing, Namely, Bamboo HR and Jazz HR, among others.
