Greg Brown, president of Saint Laurent, Que.-based Tangerine said he and partner Benoit Trottier want to focus on growing  the company's global Nectari Business Intelligence business. Nectari is also sold by Sage and its partners as Sage Enterprise Intelligence. 4CAD has 295 employees and about $66 million in annual revenue. “4CAD is looking to grow its Sage X3 presence significantly in North America through acquisition,” Brown said in a prepared statement. “4CAD's very successful Sage X3 business in Europe, and their commitment to becoming a major Sage X3 partner in North America, were the main reasons why selling our X3 practice to them made sense.” Tangerine and 4CAD will remain close as it will move into Tangerine’s new offices in Montreal.
