The pro forma calculation reflect the restatement for results for the first quarter of 2020, owing to the sale of Prodware’s Tunisian subsidiary and its Israeli software integration business. Quarterly revenue rose 1.34 percent pro forma. Prodware singled out its German operations as strong. Sales there were slightly less than $6 million for the recently ended quarter, an increase of 9 percent. Prodware will report earnings for the period later. It does not release them with the initial revenue report.
