Based in Chicago, Ill., Mazik has a staff of 50 and markets Dynamics 365. Along with MazikCare, Mazik’s health cloud platform, built on Dynamics, the firmmarkets MazikThings for manufacturing and MazikCity for the public sector market. Mazik had revenue of roughly $10.4 million and EBITDA of about $2.1 million for the twelve months ended December 31. Quisitive, which has not yet reported 2020 results, had revenue of $36.7 million for the nine months ended September 30. Its results for last year will fully reflect the acquisition of the Corporate Renaissance Group and Menlo Technologies, and will be much larger than the $18.5 million reported for 2019. MazikCare includes the recently introduced VaccineFlow, which offers provider enrollment and outreach, vaccine appointments and administration, and Vaccine Inventory and Management and Outcome Monitoring. Mazik has a base minimum buyout of $6 million in cash, plus an additional incentive for exceeding recurring revenue growth targets, which the company can choose to pay in cash and stock.
