Earlier this year, FBSG was named Zendesk's Solution Development Partner of the Year for 2020. In addition, FSBG was named Global Reseller of the Year by SugarCRM for 2019 and 2017. However, this year, Sugar appears to have split that award between the Americas and the rest of the world as Italy-based OpenSymbol was selected as APAC and EMEA Reseller of the Year. Otherwise the CRM vendor seems to have truncated other awards as it had separate LATAN and North American awards last year, along with separate APAC and EMEA top resellers.
