INTUIT ACQUIRES ONESAAS Featured

Intuit has acquired OneSaaS, a move it said will help with the integration of third-party ecommerce applications and the QuickBooks platform. Terms were not disclosed.

The integration is described as deepening data integrations in QuickBooks Commerce, which was launched in September. Intuit says OneSaaS is an infrastructure platform that “integrates data streams from marketplaces, point-of-sale, fulfillment, and other categories of ecommerce platforms, normalizing the data for consumption by QuickBook Commerce”. Based in Sydney, Australia, OneSaas was founded in 2010 by Corneliu Tusnea, the company’s chief technology officer. Before the purchase, the company was headed by CEO Jeff Perlman from October 2011. His LinkedIn profile show the has just become founder of a company called Revenue Ninja, whose purpose is providing revenue optimization to the start-up community.
