She replaces John Moss who held the position with the cloud software company from August 2014 through January this yearyear. Moss became general counsel for OwnBackup in February. Frugé was previously VP of legal for Oyo from August through February and was general counselor for Brandless from October 2018 through August 2019. She was chief legal officer and general counsel for Spredfast from March 2016 through October 2018.
