Mike Gianoni, BlackbaudBlackbaud has integrated analytics in its eTapestry CRM product. The company says this is the first time it has integrated data services from its Target Analytics division into another Blackbaud product. The announcement is in line with statements this year during earnings webcasts by CEO Mike Gianoni that both analytics and payments services will become standard in most of the products from the Charleston, S.C.-based nonprofit software vendor.

SAGE GIVES PAYMENTS FACELIFT

Sage logo newSage North America has given its payment system a new name and a new user interface. Formerly Sage Exchange, the platform is now known as Sage Exchange Payment Management System. Sage says the platform provides consolidated access to all payment accounts and devices; advanced payments administration and reporting; and integration tools to connect payment systems with Sage accounting products.
