SAGE ROLLS OUT AP AUTOMATION Featured

 Sage has rolled out an AP Automation tool for Sage Intacct globally, part of a shopping list off enhancements for the cloud ERP package.

AP Automation was already available in the United States.  In addition, Sage introduced an Intelligent Time feature which utilizes AI assistance to create what Sage says is “more descriptive activity card titles and the option for automatic time entry descriptions, improving clarity for approvers and users alike.” Another enhancement is automated employee expense submission, available for early adopters. Sage also enhanced its interactive custom report writer with new ports the company says provides “deeper, actionable insights”. The update leverages DomainKeys Identified Mail to ensure emails reach intended recipients securely and efficiently and provides detailed email delivery logs, along with supporting multiple domains and sub-domains. Another introduction is a joint check payment method for the construction industry which is designed to simplify payments to downstream two-party construction vendors. Companies can create and track joint check within accounts payable.
