Described as fine-tuned to the Epicor data structure, Prism engages with users in the context of their native ERP platform, the company said. Prism can be used as a code system to create automated business process more quickly. In addition, Epicor Grow AI incorporates AI-driven predictive analytics and AI-generated sales orders, personalized product suggestions based on past order history, predictive maintenance suggestions and notifications for fleet vehicles and accelerated access and knowledge sharing across the Epicor library of product and support resources. Another element, Grow Inventory forecasting, based on the recently acquired Smart Software, offers predictive analytics and the ability to model “what-if” scenarios to better manage inventories, while FP&A capabilities are embedded.
