 SugarCRM has introduced a series of products that utilizes generative artificial intelligence.

In its announcement this, the company outlined how the technology can help workers in sales, marketing and service. Generative AI for Sales can compose personalized and compelling emails and sales copy, data-driven and ready-made call scripts, and sales proposals. The Marketing edition can create personalized marketing campaigns, landing pages and emails while the one for Customer Service can summarize case history and service tickets, creates personalized user guides and product documentation.
