 Dynamics 365 Copilot has been announced this week by Microsoft for the lines CRM and ERP applications. Copilot utilizes artificial intelligent and natural language to generate both ideas and content. Copilot features are in preview in Dynamics 365 applications and Microsoft Viva Sales.

Within Dynamics Business Central, Copilot can generate production descriptions “tailored to your brand using a product’s title and key attributes, such as color, material, and size,” the Microsoft announcement said. Users can choose tone and length to preferred their preferred writing styles with customers about to publish product descriptions to their Shopify stores. Dynamics Supply Chain Management customers can utilize such Copilot capabilities as the news module to flag issues such as weather, financial, and geo-political news that may impact key supply chain. Contextual email outreach is generated by the Azure OpenAI Service. Microsoft noted last month it said Viva Sales, included in Dynamics 365 Sales, now generates content for replying to inquiries or request for proposal and can include data such as pricing, promotions, and deadlines. Replies can incorporate data from Microsoft Graph. In Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Copilot provides service against with the ability to. craft a draft email or chat response to customers and understands the context based on the current live conversation and identifies relevant information.
