Intuit describes Advanced for Windows as “a new option for accessing your account with exciting new features, especially if you access QuickBooks multiple times per day or have more than one Advanced account.” Users can sign in and remain signed in for six months unless they sign out manually, meaning they do not have to sign in via a web browser several times a day. They also have the option of using a navigation map similar to the one in QB desktop and can access multiple companies simultaneously instead of having to reload each company.
