SALESFORCE POSTS REOPENING GUIDE Featured

Salesforce has established Work.com, a website design to provide a guide to business for reopening after a shutdown during the pandemic. The recently erected platforms offers applications resources and content.

“We have developed five new applications very, very quickly,” according to Bill Patterson, EVP for CRM Applications, who described Work.com in a video on the site. Several of the applications listed are described as “Coming Soon”, including the Workforce Command Center, which Patterson said is integrated to bring a company’s information together. Two elements are already available, including Emergency Response Management, which includes Public Sector and Private Sector versions. The Public edition provides a single view of all requests and approvals. The Private Sector offering has tools for evaluating employee health, understanding issues, and conducting regular check-ins. It aims to help organizations reduce workforce exposure and understand which employees are most impacted. The other available program Rapid Crisis Response which is built on Salesforce Care applications. Among its feature is a  preconfigured solution gives you self-service help centers, FAQ, Employee digital learning platform and MS alerts.” Feature products include Shift Management and Planning, Volunteer and Grants Management and Workforce Reskilling. Also to be introduced is Contact Tracing, which provides manual tracking of health-related interactions “to safely and securely minimize the spread of COVID-19.”
