Procore Technologies' filing for an initial public offering has been one of the non-events of the year. It could be simply because the company filed its S-1 form with the SEC on February 28, when it looked like it would be a better year.

Salesforce has added clouds for three new industries: communications, media, energy and utilities. This week, the CRM company also introduced new applications for the public sector, including  license and permit management, inspection management and emergency program management. 

Enavate has acquired SWP Group, which provides upgrades, development and outsourced services for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central. Terms were not disclosed.
