SilverSun Technologies, parent of reseller SWK Technologies, rebounded to a profit year-over-year on a 24.6-percent rise in revenue for the second quarter ended June 30. 

Procore Technologies said it has increased its sales and marketing head count by 23 percent over the last year.

 An incident in which hackers stole data from the systems of AvidXchange in May cost the payments software company $3.6 million in professional services and legal fees  during in its June quarter.
