Enavate has acquired the American Dynamics small and medium-business customer base from DXC Technology.

SilverSun Technologies is doing another deal in which the company plans to sell itsself and spin off its operating businesses into another company, which will then go public.

 Quisitive Technology Solutions reported a 9.1-percent decline in sales for the third quarter ended September. But at the same time, cost-cutting helped it cut its loss to 40-percent year-over-year.
