Construction software company Procore Technologies sharply cut its loss for the third quarter ended September 30 despite growing operating expenses by 58.5 percent. That came as the company this week said revenue for period rose 29.5 percent year-over-year.

Evergreen Services Group has acquired SAP reseller Third Wave Business Systems. The deal, whose terms were not disclosed, puts Evergreen into the ERP market for the first time.

 Tom Mescall, who has led Armanino Consulting for 17.5 years, is changing roles. Mescall is moving to lead the accounting firm’s Growth and Innovation Team.
