Joo Sohn, a long-time manager in Sage’s channel program, has joined Avalara. Sohn posted on LinkedIn this week that she was become senior director of partner programs for the sales-and-use tax company.

 Beyond Limits has acquired Altec Products, which makes document management and workflow software. Terms were not disclosed.

Susan Vincent, VP of partner enablement, has left Sage Intacct after slightly more than seven years. Vincent moved to Baker Tilly, where she has become a managing director.
