Sinch has agreed to buy the San Francisco, Calif.-based SAP Digital Interconnect group for about $243.9 million on a cash and debt-free basis. SAP selling something with this much value is not something that we often see.

COLUMBUS U.S. REVS DOWN AGAIN

Columbus was not expecting a recovery soon for its troubled operations in the United States. It didn’t get it as North American sales (essentially the U.S) dropped to about $10.4 million, an 8.5-percent decline for the first quarter ended March 31.
