Cegid, a French company which makes ERP and retail software, has named François Vauthier as CFO. A newly created position, the job is based in Lyon, France, and reports to CEO Pascal Houillon.

Net at Work has promoted Gayle Heskiel to the position of chief operating officer. She replaces Paul Frydman, who had held the job since 2016.

Procore Technologies is moving into the preconstruction process. The Carpinteria, Calif.-based construction software company said this week it is entering the market with the introduction of Procore Bid Management and Procore Prequalification.
