Blackbaud is ramping up its sales force to serve a larger market. The company said during its recent webcast for earnings for the third quarter ended September 30 that it is hiring more than 100 sales reps. Blackbaud ended the second quarter with 440 reps and was up to 472 when the third period ended.  

Krista Endsley, who served as CEO of Abila when it was an independent company, has been named CEO of Cantata Health. Endsley served as CEO of Abila, which was purchased by Community Brands in April 2017, from March 2013 through March 2017.

Oracle granted three of its named executives $103.7 million option awards each for the year ended May 31. The awards pushed each of the three to more than $108 million in compensation for fiscal 2018.
