Zyrion utilizes ITIL-based Business Service Management technology for distributed and complex data center environments to manage and monitor IT services. KASEYA ACQUIRES TWO CLOUD OPS Featured
Kaseya, which makes products for managed services provider, has acquired two cloud companies in the last week. Fresh off an undisclosed infusion of capital from Insight Venture Partners last month, Kaseya has acquired Zyrion and Rover Apps. Terms were not disclosed for either deal. Based in Lausanne, Switzerland, and New York, N.Y., Kaseya announced the Zyrion buy on July 9.
