Equation Technologies, a reseller based in the U.S. and Canada, has acquired the Sage practice of Balgord Software Solutions. Founder Annette Balgord joins Equation as a partner and will lead the Sage practice. Equation, which carries Accpac and Deltek, had $5 million in revenue last year.
