Among the new application; Dynamics 365 Virtual Agent for Customer Service, which offers an AI-powered chat bot; Dynamics 365 Customer Insights; and Dynamics 365 Fraud Protection enables for e-commerce merchants. Microsoft also said the release is a template for future releases with major updates being released in April and October annually. In a recent blog post, Alysa Taylor, corporate VP of business applications and industry, said the upcoming release extends the use of artificial intelligence and mixed reality applications announced in September. In February, Taylor said Microsoft was extending Dynamics 365 mixed reality applications to mobile devices. She also discussed Dynamics 365 Product Visualize, which will be available to iOS in preview, which enable sellers to showcase and customize products in their actual environment.
