The software company added a dedicated sales team with new leadership in the Middle East. In both areas, it grew its reseller base. NetSuite will support the new Unified Value Added Tax Agreement, which takes effect in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates next year with more Gulf Cooperation Council countries expected to follow. The sales team, pre-sales, country manager, marketing and other support functions are operating from a new Dubai office which is the center for East, Central Europe, Middle East and Africa. Khaled Ismail, VP Oracle Digital Application Business, is leading the office with 250 sales professionals in the organization. The company has 16 resellers in the Middle East, having added seven this year.
